Private GTM Recruiting · Cybersecurity
NightVantage is a private firm. We place senior go-to-market talent into cybersecurity vendors. By the time you reach out, we have already spent quarters watching the people who could fill your role.

A senior AE seat carries quota. An open SE slows your technical close rate. Every critical GTM role left unfilled is pipeline your team is not generating, not qualifying, not closing.
The standard contingency search takes eight to twelve weeks. The candidates who respond to job postings are available for a reason. The ones you actually want are not browsing job boards — they are working.
NightVantage has been watching those candidates for quarters. We know what they are closing, what they are frustrated by, and whether they would move. That is not a marketing line. It is the operating model.
Applications are screened. Whoever survives the filter is presented. The candidates you actually want were not on job boards. They were closing deals.
Same LinkedIn filters. Same names. First to submit wins. You receive the same candidates from three different agencies. None of them spent time understanding those people.
Continuous market observation. By the time you call, we have spent quarters watching the people who could fill this role. One short list. Done.
Most firms start when you call. Post the role. Run the search. Present whoever responds. The preparation happens after you have a req — if it happens at all.
NightVantage operates in the opposite direction. The identification, the tracking, the relationship-building — all of it happens before you reach out.
By the time we present a name, we know what they are closing, what they are frustrated by, and whether they would move. We do not post jobs. We do not run wide nets. We present one short list.
“A private firm. A small client list. A long bench.”
Tell us the role. We confirm we can serve it. If we cannot, we will say so. NightVantage does not take every engagement — that is structural, not marketing.
One curated short list. Not a stack of resumes. Not a spreadsheet of LinkedIn profiles. The names — with context, history, and our read on fit.
You make the decision. We manage process through offer. After placement, we disappear. No account management theater. No upsell.
No general tech. No contract work. No staffing. GTM talent for cybersecurity vendors — that is the entire scope.
Growth-stage cybersecurity vendors. Series A through Series D. $2M to $50M ARR. Actively scaling their go-to-market motion.
The buyer is the CRO, VP of Sales, CEO, or Head of Talent — the person accountable for revenue growth, not just the hiring manager.
NightVantage does not take every engagement. The client list stays small. That is not a constraint — it is the model.
What NightVantage does not do: general tech recruiting · staffing or contract work · high-volume contingency with ten other firms on the same req · take clients it cannot serve well.
A qualified short list of 3–5 candidates delivered within 7 business days of a signed Position Order. Four guarantees. Six deliverables included at no additional cost.
Every active search receives a status update — call, email, or voice memo — every 5 business days from Position Order signature through offer acceptance. No exceptions. If the client has to ask for an update, NightVantage has failed.
A qualified short list is delivered within 7 business days of a signed Position Order. If NightVantage cannot meet the timeline, the client is notified proactively before the deadline — not after — with a revised timeline and specific reason. Miss without proactive notice: placement fee reduced by 5%.
“We will tell you before the deadline. Not after.”
NightVantage conducts a formal counter-offer debrief with every finalist candidate before offer presentation — covering current compensation, counter-offer likelihood, and stated commitment. If a placed candidate accepts a counter-offer within 30 days of their start date, NightVantage restarts the search at no additional fee.
“The counter-offer conversation happens before the offer. Not after.”
If a placed candidate voluntarily resigns or is terminated for performance-related cause within 90 calendar days, NightVantage conducts one replacement search at no additional fee. Extended to 120 days for roles requiring an active U.S. security clearance.
“Standard: 90 days · Cleared roles: 120 days.”
